Digital Torquemeter and Hot Alignment
Innovative "on shaft" system capable of measuring speed, torque
and horsepower with minor modifications to the coupling. The system
is also capable of detecting misalignment in both Angular and Parallel
planes and to display it in X & Y components as well as any Axial
gaps. Since the system is operating at a running speed, it helps
define shaft thermal expansions as well as machine casing expansions
that may affect alignment.

Web Deflection System
The Indikon Web Deflection System (WDS) measures crankshaft distortion due to bearing misalignment and enables corrective action prior to shaft or bearing failure. The portable WDS is designed to operate with the WebMap2® software designed by Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) for the Gas Machinery Research Council (GMRC). When used with WEBMAP2, the system provides an easy to use, reliable and accurate method to monitor and analyze trends in crankshaft web deflection measurements as part of a comprehensive engine maintenance program.

Eddy-Current Proximity Probes
A full line of eddy-current proximity probes capable of sensing
displacement (vibration) or/or distance (position) in rotating and
reciprocating equipment. Indikon probes address all types of gap
ranges and tip diameters as required by their applications.
Probe drivers and Teflon cables with SMA and Microdot
connectors are readily available in all sizes.

Absolute Vibration Transducers
A full line of high-resolution seismic pickups, solid-state
accelerometers and velocity transducers capable of generating
a proportional signal from the input being measured.

4-20 mA Loop-Powered Transmitters
Indikon Transmitters convert the output from proximity probes,
seismic pickups, accelerometers, velocity transducers or
phase marker probes into a minus 4-20mA DC current which
is proportional to the input being measured.

Vibration and Position Monitors
A full line of compact and rugged standalone vibration and axial position monitors which perform automatic alarm and/or shutdown, at excessive input levels, without the need of displays and/or additional instrumentation.
